I am getting better quality of sleep with magnesium Glycerinate( Cool Mag) , and more focus with Brain Max. Consequently, I am able to more during the day, feel more rested, plus my mental focus is on point! I am also taking Berberine Max. The pounds are dropping off! I have surpassed the halfway mark on my weight loss goal. Last week I lost 4.3 pounds. I also eat healthy, ( organic and lean protein) do cardio, and resistance training. I am not far from my desired goal weight of 160. At that time I will reassess and continue to take pounds off if I need to. These products have really helped. I hope to bring my LDL, total cholesterol, and A1C to a normal level. At this point I am just insulin resistant. Cholesterol is 226, LDL -151, A1C -5.8. I like the product but the longest frequency to subscribe is too fast. I can’t possibly use it that fast and it’s a lot of money to sit in a cabinet.
Love this product. I take just one capsule at night around 9pm and I am asleep by 10pm. I sleep until 7:30 am and feel amazing.

I got the Brain Mag and the Chill Mag. I’d been feeling so tired all day with absolutely zero energy, yet not able to sleep at night.
